~ Group Classes ~
Approach:
• Classes are taught using only positive motivation, no harsh corrections will be allowed, and the word “No” should be left at home.
• We encourage using clickers in class and if you haven’t ever used one before, we will be delighted to introduce you to this wonderful training tool.
Equipment:
• emphasis on safety and fun
• people need comfortable sneakers, bait bag with lots of tiny goodies, and a hungry dog
• dogs need a flat or martingale collar, 4' leash, empty bladder and tummy
• clickers and tug toys are welcome (we'll be covering toy rewards as a part of class)
• absolutely NO slip or prong collars, NO tennis balls, NO squeaky toys, NO flexi-type leashes.
